The Clarence River Bed & Breakfast is 18km/20mins out of Grafton, on the riverbank at Seelands, in a beautifully landscaped peaceful setting on 16 acres surrounded by rural properties.
Native wildlife is in abundance - especially wallabies and birds. Sometimes the resident echidnas and koalas will make an appearance for the keen photographers.

The private boat-ramp and wharf facilities give direct access to the Clarence River, or you can enjoy river views from the balconies, verandahs or hammocks in the beautiful gardens.
Bring your own boat for watersports, fishing or cruising. We also have kayaks for guest use. Free fast NBN fixed wireless wifi in all buildings.
