The site plan above shows the Guesthouse which is still under construction, and a Garage not yet begun. Greg is building them 'lone wolf style' and has been working on the two-storey Guesthouse since June 2021. It is envisaged the Guesthouse will be completed by the end of 2025. Terry is the painter and general go-for.
Between the two of them they build, maintain the 16-acre property and operate the B&B business. They also organise cooking retreats in the Camp Kitchen, taylor-made for groups of 6-10 houseguests - who can choose the cuisine and dates to suit themselves.
Greg also built the Camp Kitchen single-handed, a 4-year project encompassing two koi-carp fish ponds, an outdoor bbq deck, garden fire pit area, and an enclosed fireplace in the centre of the Camp Kitchen building. A must see - even if you don't get to cook there.
